All OtsAV licenses (including upgrades) purchased on or after 2017-01-01 are eligible for a free upgrade to the new version 1.94.027. Please follow these instructions:
- Contact us via this form stating "1.94 Free Upgrade 2017" in the subject line.
- Simply paste your PDI(s) into the message field. Please allow several hours for Ots Labs staff to process your free upgrade. Please keep in mind that at the time of release it may take a little longer due to high demand. Bare with us and once it is ready for download you will receive an email.
- Start the fun with the new version! Enjoy :)
Psst...Don't know your PDI? Simply log on to your OtsZone profile and check the "My Licenses" section. It will be in the PXXX-XXXX format.
